Craig Skudder Golf

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before booking. They apply to all coaching, lessons and lesson packs I provide.

1

Who you are booking with

These terms apply to all golf coaching, lessons and lesson packs provided by Craig Skudder Golf (“I”, “me”, “my”). Your agreement is with me personally as your coach.

It is not with any venue at which sessions are held — currently Fairways London, and previously Tee Box. No venue is a party to these terms or responsible for the coaching provided under them. By booking and paying for a lesson or lesson pack, you accept these terms.

2

Booking and payment

Lessons and lesson packs are confirmed once payment has been received in full. Your session is then reserved for you at the agreed date and time.

3

Cancelling or rearranging a session

If you need to cancel or move a session, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice and I’ll happily reschedule it for you.

Sessions cancelled, rearranged or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice — including no-shows — are treated as having taken place, and that session is lost.

4

Validity and expiry

All lessons and lesson packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any sessions not used within that period expire and are lost, with no refund or extension.

5

Lesson packs are personal to you

Lesson packs are non-transferable. They are for your use only and cannot be shared, gifted, sold or transferred to anyone else.

6

Refunds

All lessons and lesson packs are non-refundable once purchased. In particular, a refund will not be given for:

  • a change of mind;
  • a change in your availability or personal circumstances;
  • injury, illness or any other reason that prevents you completing your remaining sessions;
  • any sessions that have expired or been lost under these terms.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights if a service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill.

7

Taking part and your wellbeing

Golf coaching is a physical activity. You take part at your own risk in respect of the ordinary risks of physical exercise, and you are responsible for being in suitable health to participate. Please tell me before your session about any injury, medical condition or limitation that may affect you.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8

Arriving on time

Please arrive in good time. Sessions start and finish at the booked time. If you arrive late, the session will still end as scheduled and the remaining time cannot be carried over.

9

Where lessons take place, and changes of venue

Lessons are delivered at the venue where I am currently coaching. From time to time I may move to a different venue, and I will let you know if this affects a session you have booked.

Because your agreement is for coaching with me and not for any particular building, a change of venue is not in itself a reason for a refund — provided I continue to offer you the same or an equivalent standard of coaching, at a comparable venue within a reasonable distance of the previous one, and resume your sessions without unreasonable delay. In these circumstances you remain entitled to your sessions, and I will give you the opportunity to take them at the new venue.

If a change of venue genuinely prevents you from continuing — for example because of a specific access need — please contact me and we will agree a fair way forward.

10

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

11

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have any questions about these terms or your sessions, please contact me at [EMAIL ADDRESS].

By booking and paying for a lesson or lesson pack, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
